Features of the Asus ZenFone Go The latest Asus phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop-based ZenUI because of which it is user friendly and rich in features. Like many newcomers, this is also a dual sim phone. I like this trend because you can easily swap from one network provider to another without any hassle. It houses a quad-core MediaTek (MT6580) processor clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with 2GB of RAM. To start with, most of the apps worked fine. Only time will tell how this phone faces the onslaught of more apps and multiple downloads. It could get sluggish in the longer run. A sigh of relief comes because it has an 8GB inbuilt storage. Like most other phones, it also offers expandable storage. Memory of the phone can be extended up to 64 GB.  We loved… It’s the look of the phone that really floored us. The angled bottom and clean black finish are delightful. A fairly large display of 5-inch with IPS display provides clarity when in use. Image quality is good with a screen resolution of 720×1280 pixels.  Let’s come to the camera. The phone has an 8MP camera at the back with an aperture of f/2.0. So the pictures came out well. However, the 2MP front camera was a dampener. It has a dull look so people who enjoy selfies may not like it. Sure enough, there are the regular features of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, GPS/A-GPS and Micro-USB connectivity options. Additionally, the phone comes with 100GB Google Drive storage. The price of this phone is about Rs.7999. Pick it up if you don’t want to do much with your phone.
