The popular tech news website, Neowin reported that the latest Intel update brings fixes for issues in the multiplayer online battle royale shooter Ring of Elysium (DX12 Beta) free-to-play multiplayer version. Notably, an earlier bug had begun leading to the hanging and crashing of game while playing. Moreover, it would also fix bugs in the Shadow of the Tomb Raider (DX12) on the 7th or higher Generation Intel Core processors. The new graphics designer version also fixes graphic anomalies that some users had reported in Doom Eternal (Vulkan) while using the ‘Alt + Tab’ command. Furthermore, the latest version of the driver will also optimise the Intel Iris Plus graphics experience. It also fixes the issue which led to shifting of PSR2 display (with the internal embedded panel) when plugged in after resuming from lid close do nothing on 10th generation Intel Core processors with UHD Graphics.

However, despite the many issues that have been fixed in the latest upgrade, there are still considerable issues that need to be resolved.  The unresolved issues include bugs in Adobe After Effects, Sony Catalyst Production Suite and several games. The company has taken note that green stripes or artifacts are seen in the Adobe After Effects while previewing composition. Minor graphics anomalies have also been reported in Rise of the Tomb Raider (DX12), Star Wars Battlefront 2 (DX12), Rage 2 (Vulkan), Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege (Vulkan), and Battlefield V (DX12). Moreover, crashes have also been reported on 10th Gen Intel Core processors while launching Sony Catalyst Production Suite.
